EC group members receive JITT Article of the Year Award

The paper "Predicting happiness: user interactions and sentiment analysis in an online travel forum” by Julia Neidhardt, Nataliia Rümmele and Hannes Werthner, which was published in the Journal of Information Technology & Tourism (JITT) in March 2017, received the JITT Article of the Year Award. The inaugural award is sponsored by the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT) and was given to Julia Neidhardt at the ENTER 2018 conference (see picture).
