| Biography: |
Julia Neidhardt is a researcher at the E-Commerce Group at TU Wien with a background in mathematics and computer science. Her research focuses on modeling complex individual behavior such as traveler preferences in tourism, team collaboration in online games, and peer influence in social networks. These projects utilize novel ways such as gamification and social network analysis to bridge social theories and methods in behavior sciences and user modeling in data mining and therefore develop computational frameworks for individual behavior. She applies this research in predictive models in general and recommender systems in particular. |
