Abstract:
E-Commerce within the range of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Costomer (B2C) is to lead to the efficiency increase with the participating companies and partners. However such an efficiency increase can be only achieved, if new partners can be merged simply and without large cost. If domestic enterprises today already exchange data electronically, then often on self-developed, prop. formats. Is faced with the economically weaker one, which cannot dictate the formats, multiplicity differently data exchange procedures, whereby it substantial costs arisen and an efficiency increase is not possible. ebXML is a support here to be and a way describe, which unites small and large partners equally in a common surrounding field. From the Design of the business processes up to the software independent electronic communication the ebXML Framework gives specifications, which are described in this work and shown on the basis of a concrete example.
