A business process reengineering project, applied at the Fachhochschul-Studiengang for International Business Relations in Eisenstadt, forms the main focus of the thesis and in particular the thesis examines possible answers to questions, such as:
Which processes operate in Fachhochschul-Studiengangs?,
Which of these are the decisive ones (core processes)?,
Do the processes show weak points or problems and is there potential of improvement?,
How should the processes be designed in future? and
How can the processes be supported by information technology?
