Abstract:
This work describes the analysis of different tools and aims to find or create a tool that should simplify quality assurance by means of sensible quality management. At the beginning the norms and basic principles of TQM and ISO 9000 respectively are explained briefly. After the introduction some tools are tested. The results of these tests are displayed in this thesis. Prior to the tests the tools are divided into different categories in order to make a comparison possible. Subsequently general requirements to a quality management tool will be proposed. The last chapter will try to apply these general requirements to an existing program.
