Abstract:
Service Systems are usually proposed for economic investigations. In this work we consider a social group, more precisely a family as service system with different actors exchanging services. From that point of view we present a concept for an online information system that documents services exchanged in a social group, allowing analysis and evaluation of data for psychotherapeutic use. Furthermore we will present the corresponding prototype which was developed for the research institute of the Österreichische Kinderhilfswerk and discuss the expandability and future of such a system.
